This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Homebuyer Ready 2026, a digital download.
Digital goods and your right to cancel
Under EU and Irish consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right does not apply once the download has begun, and by purchasing and downloading the guide you acknowledge that you consent to immediate delivery and understand that you lose the 14-day cancellation right at that point.
When we will refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide a refund if: you were charged in error or charged more than once; the file is faulty or you genuinely cannot download or open it and we are unable to fix the problem; or you contact us before you have downloaded the guide and ask to cancel.
When we may not refund
Because the guide is a digital product that cannot be returned, we generally cannot offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind after downloading it, or because you did not read the description before buying.
How to request a refund
Email hello@homebuyerready.ie with your order number and the reason for your request, and we will respond promptly. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
